INSPECTION AND QUALIFICATION OF RIDING ESTABLISHMENTS

Endowments, conditions and characteristics inspected:

1. Environment (natural surroundings, gardening, easy access, buildings, hygiene, terrain, etc.)

2. Stable technology, quality of horses (level of training, natural behaviour, capability for service, fitness, health, etc.)

3. Equestrian services (diversity, quality standard, equipment/harness used, own marketing activity, price/value ratio of services, etc.)

4. Human factors (capability of the manager and the staff, knowledge of language, of keeping safety regulations, etc.)

5. Other programmes and opportunities (inside and outside the establishment - folklore, sports, entertainment - guaranteed events, quality of own gastronomy, accommodation service)

Approved:
Riding establishments marked by one to five horseshoes (like hotels from * to ***** stars).
M arketing activity: Simple catalogue with all important contact information and detailed service specifications is to be published in paper and electronic form early next year in 3 different languages.

Recommended (the "Quality Club" Trade Mark) - CURRENTLY UNDER FORMULATION.
Plans: Only approved establishments can apply for it. Can be any of the approved establishments from one to five horse shoes. Besides average or good level of general services must possess one or more outstanding features such as the excellent quality of horse(s), location, trainer, distinguished devotion to guests, etc. Inspected occasionally and accidentally, but regularly at least once a year.

Refreshed database and revised colour catalogue publication in paper and electronic format will be published annually with detailed information concerning service description, prices and special offers.
